Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager, where you'll spearhead business growth and foster valuable client relationships within the thriving Portuguese market. This pivotal role requires a savvy individual with a keen eye for identifying potential customers, adept negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering software solutions that address client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Portuguese market through various outreach methods, showcasing our software solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct persuasive meetings with key decision-makers, effectively presenting our offerings and tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline meticulously, ensuring thorough documentation and utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) for efficient tracking and follow-up.
Foster enduring relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their evolving needs and maintaining consistent engagement.
Close sales deals by adeptly negotiating terms, addressing objections, and facilitating a seamless transition to the implementation phase.
Pursue leads diligently, adapting sales strategies to market trends and engaging in meaningful dialogue with prospective clients.
Amplify market presence by actively participating in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings, collaborating with identified partners.
Collaborate with a diverse team, utilizing strong online communication skills and working autonomously to drive sales objectives.
What you'll need to succeed: Demonstrated experience in software sales within the Portuguese market, whether in an Account Executive (AE) or Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) capacity.
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong presentation skills, coupled with the capacity to articulate complex concepts persuasively.
Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with a knack for online collaboration in a dynamic sales environment.
Sound comprehension of technology and the capability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
