We are looking for a consultant to integrate our Strategic Partners team that will help develop partner ecosystem strategy and the programs and processes to implement it.
Our partners are well-established companies in the European Market that will promote and implement our solutions in new clients.
Key Responsibilities: Develop an in-depth understanding of our solution portfolio to be able to assist our partners in the consistent delivery of solutions to final clients; Collaborate in the preparation and evolution of our solution offer to partners; Participate in the definition and design of the business processes covered by our solutions; Prepare and conduct presentations to partners and other stakeholders regarding our solution offer; Define internal processes to maintain and update our solution offer as the business and the company products evolve; Work with cross-functional teams in the company on the definition, development, execution, and management of the Partners Program; Work with our Academy area in the preparation of the Partners Training Program (define the training offer and the certification program and manage the communication with the Academy area to guarantee support for partner's training needs) Work with our Pre-Sales and Marketing area in the preparation and management of support material and resources for partners Coordinate the communication between other company areas to ensure partners' success and goals achievement in the solution implementation Desired Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Information Technologies, Management, Economics or similar; At least 2 years of professional experience in functional and/or management roles; Experience within IT companies connected to the Financial Services sector (plus, but not required); Driven by the desire to learn new things and face new challenges; Strong communication, relationship skills, and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders; Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to propose new ideas and solutions; Fluent in English - written and spoken; What's on Offer: Attractive conditions; Good work environment; Work in an Agile environment with Scrum processes where your ideas are welcome; The opportunity to evolve with continuous training and constant feedback Kick-off session to understand the context of your work; Personal training program with frequent support and collaboration, directly from the team and from VTXRM's Academy; Career evolution program; Health insurance; Smartphone with voice/data plan Fresh fruit, coffee, and tea every day so you can be healthy and stay fueled for the day; Bonus program; Referral Bonuses; Home Office allowance Hybrid working system for 2025 and next years; If you fit the profile, please submit your CV to ****** with the following reference: "Strategic Partners" VTXRM processes the information you provide in order to keep you informed of different job vacancies that arise in the organization (GDPR).
