Job Description As a digital platforms HR Trainee, you will support the HR Digital team with our HR platforms management.
You will be in the driver's seat of our HR transformation, having a crucial role in automating and digitalizing HR processes and improving the employee experience.

In your new role, you will:
Support the global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-2-end processesWork closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) and assist in daily and operational tasksSupport improving the employee experience, being part of the improvements, testing, and deployment of projects within the HR platformConsult the customer, being in contact with different stakeholders and HR partners worldwideWork together with the knowledge management team to improve our knowledge management articlesAssist in preparing clear communication, and organizing communication materials towards HR and stakeholders for meetings and project deployments Your Profile You are a dynamic and communicative person, who takes the initiative and always thrives for success, with high-quality standards.
You have a structured and independent working style and a great team spirit, making you the perfect fit for a dynamic and open-minded team.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:
A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar fieldAn affinity for Technology and technical implementationsExperience with HR processes, project management, or digital transformation would be a great advantageAn excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointA data analytical and process-driven mindsetGood stakeholder management skillsFluency in English.
