Operations Manager [French Speaker] Lisboa Operations Manager [French Speaker]LisboaLisbon, Lisbon, Portugal What you´ll do:You will monitor and improve our wholesale operations & service performance for assigned accountsYou will take care of the onboarding of our retailers and setting all requirements in the systemsYou will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts as well as setting up promotionsYou will constantly track the performance of our retailers and conduct regular operational, Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to external and internal stakeholders.You will be the POC for internal teams on operations related questionsYou strive for process improvementsWork with accounts to develop operational strategic plans that align with their business objectives and drive growth opportunities.Collaborate with the sales/KAMs team to develop proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.Who we are looking for:Ideally you haved gained first experience in a B2B environment related to operations account management,- commerce or worked in a- up environment beforeYou are highly structured person and manage taking care of several accountYou do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutionsYou are proactive and challenge questioning the status quoYou enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel communication even in more senior environmentsYou strive in improving the performance for your responsible account on an operational level and facilitate their-- day operationsYou enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationshipsYou have great MS/Excel SkillsLanguage: English + Any other European language is a plus.What we offer:A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.Responsibility and- making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
