We are on the lookout for a meticulous Content Moderator who is fluent in German.
As a part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our platform remains a welcoming and safe environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content according to our policies.
Key Responsibilities for Content Moderation Review and moderate user-generated content in adherence to community guidelines and standards.
Identify and escalate potential misuse or abusive content following established protocols.
Act swiftly to resolve content issues to maintain a positive user experience.
Collaborate with the content team to optimise moderation processes and strategies.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall moderation workflow and policies.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base regarding content policies, guidelines, and community dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills Required Native or fluent in German (both verbal and written).
Strong understanding of social media and content-sharing platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
High level of resilience and ability to handle sensitive content judiciously.
Basic familiarity with online content moderation tools and platforms.
