A reportar ao Human Resources Manager, a principal missão é a gestão de todo o processo de recrutamento, para as posições de Customer Facing, apoiando as equipas a identificar, contratar e a reter os melhores candidatos. Terás um papel ativo na identificação de talento através de diferentes fontes de recrutamento, tal como, na criação e divulgação de anúncios. Serás responsável por criar e implementar estratégias de employer branding de forma a otimizar a presença da Nespresso e aumentar a notoriedade da marca empregadora para atrair, envolver e contratar o melhor talento.

O QUE VAIS FAZER …

Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de aquisição de talentos para atrair candidatos qualificados e alinhados com os valores e cultura da Nespresso;

Liderar e gerir todo o processo de recrutamento, desde a divulgação de vagas até a seleção final dos candidatos;

Colaborar com a equipa de RH e liderança para identificar as necessidades de talento e desenvolver estratégias de aquisição de talentos alinhadas com os objetivos da Nespresso;

Realizar Assessment Center, Dinâmicas de Grupo e Entrevistas, assegurando a validação de Candidatos finais;

Criar e promover a marca empregadora da Nespresso, garantindo que a empresa seja reconhecida como um excelente lugar para se trabalhar;

Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e implementação da estratégia de Employer Branding Local, definindo ações e parceiros, juntamente com as equipas de Comunicação Interna e Externa;

Planear e gerir as atividades de Employer Branding e eventos externos com Universidades, Escolas e Feiras de Empregos relevantes;

Potenciar as comunicações dos candidatos, nas redes sociais e vídeo, transmitindo a cultura corporativa e a experiência do colaborador;

Conduzir e apoiar a implementação de Employer Branding global no mercado;

Colaborar com Human Resources Manager, hiring managers e equipa de recrutamento para desenvolver estratégias de sourcing capazes de corresponder às necessidades de contratação atuais e futuras.

O QUE TE FARÁ TER SUCESSO?

Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou similar;

Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional em Recrutamento (preferencialmente em Retalho);

Experiência a liderar e gerir processos de recrutamento utilizando diferentes métodos (e.g. virtual, presencial, etc.) e de assessment center e dinâmicas de grupo será valorizada;

Sólidos conhecimentos de Inglês;

Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

Capacidade de gerir informações confidenciais com a máxima integridade e confiança;

Competências de gestão de múltiplas tarefas e organização, com mindset de resolução de problemas;

Disponibilidade para deslocações em Portugal.
