Senior Talent Strategy ConsultantPorto Porto, Porto District, Portugal Description: Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Lisbon office: SENIOR TALENT STRATEGY CONSULTANT HR consultants lead complex projects and develop impactful frameworks/solutions that promote organizational transformations through behavioral changes and HR frameworks. We will count on you to: Develop and manage HR talent, processes and transformation projects; Lead and manage projectteams, contributing for their development and proficiency; Develop strong client business relations, identifying and acting on business leads; Implement HR consultingframeworks (HR processes and models); Deliver training and facilitation of workshops; Implement HR Assessmentand Development Methodologies; Create innovative and impactful solutions; Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction. What you need to have: Degree in HR, Management or similar; Experience in complex HR project management; More than 5 years of experience; English and Portuguese language work proficiency; Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel; Analytical mindset; Strategic and macro vision; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Critical reasoning and systemic thinking; Curiosity and learning agility; Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility; Accountability and ownership.
