Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Associate Main tasks and responsibilities Managing supervision and cost management teams.Managing construction contracts, timelines, and budgets.Coordinating Design teams and value engineering processes.Coordinating construction projects to ensure quality and compliance.Developing acquisition strategies for Engineering and Construction services.Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors.Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and warranties.Supervising project execution and resource management.Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.Identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects.Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.Oversight of construction contracts, including contract review and negotiation, compliance with established deadlines and budgets.Coordinating and supervising project execution to ensure quality and compliance.Evaluation and interaction with suppliers and contractors, selection of suitable partners.Technical knowledge in after-sales service for residential buildings.Experience in general contracting (Preferred).Role Requirements Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture3 - 5 years' experienceExperience in real estate sector, supervision and project managementExperience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a PlusStrong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a teamAutonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven cultureStrong analytical skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeProficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerBI will be a PlusVerbal and written communications and presentation skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCreative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutionsWritten and oral skills in EnglishLocal and Schedule Full-Time / Lisboa - hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 / 3 days per week in the office.
