Our Mission is as simple as ambitious - Accelerate Sustainable Mobility. And we do it by investing, installing, and operating EV chargers with an innovative business model akin to an Infra and Tech scale-up. So in a nutshell, we help businesses find the right charging solution that fits their customers' needs, and today we've joined forces with more than 1,200 partners across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, where we have more than 2,200 contracted locations.

The Junior Data Analyst role will be part of the Central Data team at Powerdot and will play a key role in the current phase of accelerated growth of the company. Moreover, the Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for developing insights, analysis and eye-candy visualisations that support business decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities Gather and clean data from a variety of sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and surveys.Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop data visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions.Maintain and support a culture of strong data qualityStay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trends.Mentor co-workers on analytics best practices.The Candidate we are looking for Up to 2 years of experience in data analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with SQL , Python and a data visualisation tool such as Tableau, Metabase or Power BI Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast moving environmentEasiness navigating in ambiguity and complexityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGet to know our benefits Private health insuranceFlexible time (you own your time)Annual offsite - last year it was in Óbidos, don't miss the next one in JuneRecurrent team buildings in our local teamsLast but not least, at Powerdot we strongly believe that the best solutions and the most innovative ideas come from the coexistence of people with different backgrounds that reflect the diverse world we live in.
