As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Communicate friendly and efficiently with the customers and provide relevant informationBe the person responsible to deal with property damage issuesHandle sensitive issues that were reported during ongoing reservations or after they are overAnalyze the customer situation and assess the property features to determine liabilityIdentify anomalies and patterns to identify fraudulent claimsProactively and independently work to meet targets and goalsTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or proficient level of Portuguese (C2)Proficient level of English (C2) both verbal and writtenStrong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailExperience estimating contents and automobile/watercraft lossesDesire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solverMinimum 1 year experience handling property damage, Insurance and Healthcare Claims, dispute or conflict resolutionOr minimum 2 years of Airbnb Claims experienceMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to PortugalBenefits.Competitive wagesPaid professional trainingEmployee discountsPrivate healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment)Growth opportunities through various development programsFun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness programJob stabilityLife-long skills and experienceExcellent work cultureGo further with FoundeverWe believe in memorable associate experiences.
