Job Description:Are you a Super Mario Bros nostalgic? This gaming and interactive entertainment worldwide leader is looking for candidates to join their international team in Lisbon. Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Operating excellent customer managementBeing the point of contact for users and helping them have a great gaming experience via phone, email, or social mediaProviding assistance with specific questions about the productConsulting for the purchase of gamer-related productsQualificationsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of German and a good level of EnglishEnthusiasm about gaming and affinity for technologyKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)What's in it for you? Type of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewableWorking hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ - 1.000€ gross/month (based on level of experience)Excluding accommodation: 1.300 - 1.400€ gross/month (based on level of experience)For international candidates:
