It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.About the project:You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.Your tasks:receive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and works under strict regulationshandle complex issues relating to the fulfilment of online orders placed by customersensure a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase (from order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavour changes to RMA completionprovide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues, achieving quick customer satisfaction.perform investigations that will lead to decisions impacting relations with customers and partnerscustomer phone and email outreach are necessary to relay issue resolution, providing timely updates when investigating and when restoring the relationshipperforming tasks in SAP at a high detail level for record-keeping is essentialWhat you need:Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)Fluent in English (at least C1)Nice to have previous Customer Support experienceAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyWhat we offer:full time contract with Portuguese employerSalary without accommodation: 1411 euros gross / monthSalary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119 euros gross / monthPublic and Private health insurance provided by the employerCONTRACT:Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much moreInterested in a new adventure? – APPLY TODAY to start your new job
