Founder's Associate at APEX — Solve complex problems and drive change in Sports, Media and Entertainment APEX, a pioneering investment firm with a strong foothold in sports, media, and entertainment, is on the lookout for a Founder's Associate, to work closely with the Founder and CEO and the leadership team to tackle high-impact strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

What will you do as our Founder Associate?
Strategic Projects: Identify and lead high-impact initiatives across different business areas, solving critical challenges and driving large-scale change.
Problem-Solving: Dive into departments and processes that need improvement, quickly identifying pain points and executing solutions.
Operational Excellence: Track, monitor, and improve performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability.
Cross-Functional Project Management: Collaborate with investment, business development, and operations teams to align priorities and execute complex initiatives.
Scaling Best Practices: Build scalable frameworks and models to support APEX's rapid growth globally.
What are we looking for?
A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, management, or a related field.
Proficiency in project management software (Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite or Gsuite.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and commercial capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
A passion for the sports, media, and entertainment sectors, with a desire to contribute to APEX's strategic objectives.
