LastPass is looking for an Manager, DevOps Engineering:In this role you will manage a team of DevOps engineer that are focusing on the Operational Excellence of our department. Your team will be dedicated to build and automate key processes but also to provide great stakeholder experienceIf you are passionate about people, complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for youWho will you work with?You will collaborate with direct reports, other Engineering Managers, and the Project Manager to ensure the team focuses on the right priorities. Working with the ScrumMaster, you will drive alignment and continuous improvement. You will also tackle major technical challenges with architects and assess tasks with security and operational teams. Fostering strong partnerships with supported teams will be key to your role.What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?Recruit, hire, coach, and mentor the engineers within one or multiple teamsProvide coaching to the individuals reporting to youWrite performance reviews and provide quality feedback regularly to help individuals growDiscuss and help guide activities to support team members' career developmentSet clear and challenging goals for the team membersBuild a team, foster a positive team environment in which individuals feel valuedSupport relevant part of the development: design, implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and maintenanceSupervise and support multiple complex projects concurrentlyEstablish operational objectives and work plansParticipate in strategic planning and risk assessmentCoordinate activities with other managers, Architects, and PMs to help the team members accomplish business goalsRegularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customersAnalyze, develop / implement policies, procedures, and standards for devops and orgWhen necessary, execute code reviews for quality, standards, and provide feedbackAct as a guardian of software qualityand infrastructure stability and reliabilityBuild strong internal culture aligned with the company's valuesDevelop and engage with local tech communityWhat does it take to work at LastPass?Experience in enterprise level CI/CD and DevOps Cultural MethodologiesExperience as a developer and a manager of development teamsRelevant hands-on experience as people manager/team leader roleExpert of agile methodologies, demonstrate application of agile principles in teamsStructured, but creative mindset, finds ways to move the team forward towards execution excellenceA focus on quality and customer satisfactionExperienced in an End-To-End thinking and taking responsibility beyond team boundariesAbility to devise and frequently revisit operational awareness in the team, including shared deployment responsibilities, monitoring, incident handling, and failure mode analysis.Effective communication skills, able to explain technically challenging details to stakeholders, partners, and peers.Ability to interact with customers, PMs, POs, stakeholders, and senior leadership on all levels.Strong technical leadership skillsExperience with developing psychological safety on teamsExperience with a "blameless" culture and fail-fast mindsetsTeam-player and can-do attitudeFluent in EnglishIt's great, but not required:Experience as a Program or Product ManagerExperience managing vendorsTechnical experience in AWS#J-18808-Ljbffr
