You will ensure checks and processes are completed that result in timely and effective processing of transactions and legal and regulatory compliance. In this position efficient, courteous and professional communication and taking ownership of issues / requirements are key to the role.Key responsibilities:Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.Contacting clients by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance.Ensure the correct identification and accurate input of shipment information into appropriate systems.Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support the achievement of regulatory and internal compliance standards and to ensure timely clearance.Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environmentThe ideal candidate will have:Fluent in English (C1)Team player with a can-do attitude.Customer focused with excellent communication skills.Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.Task orientated with good time management.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.Good Computer skills including Microsoft Office.Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environmentWhat we offer:FedEx offers employees a competitive benefits and reward package including a wide array of formal training and on the job learning opportunities.FedEx is one of the most admired companies and trusted brands year after yearIn joining FedEx, every team member commits to our Purple Promise — to make every FedEx experience outstanding—for the customer and for our fellow team members.Being a part of FedEx means you are a part of a global network of solutions that only continues to strengthen its capability to deliver what our customers need anytime, anywhere.#LI-Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
