Nous recherchons pour intégrer nos équipes Inetum - Orléans, un Ingénieur Commercial en alternance.
En binôme avec votre tuteur et en tant qu'Ingénieur Commercial chez Inetum, votre alternance s'articulera autour de 2 activités principales:
Appréhender les profils à travers une activité de SourcingQualification des profils techniquesParticipation aux entretiens de recrutementGestion et développement de comptes clientsMener une activité de prospectionIdentifier de nouvelles opportunités et contribuer au développement commercialAssurer un bon niveau de reporting et de suivi des affaires / participer aux réunions commerciales et suivi des indicateurs commerciauxVous préparez un Bac +5 universitaires ou école de commerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience dans la vente, acquise idéalement dans une ESN.
Quelques plus: Prise d'initiatives et autonomieExcellent communiquantGoût pour le challengeVous faites preuve de dynamisme et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement où le sens du résultat et l'esprit d'équipe constituent des valeurs essentielles.
