Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an important role in helping with the production of concrete sleepers. This will involve:
Preparing moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants, using a machine for assistance) for concrete pouring.
Performing manual tasks such as installing shoulders, making concrete cylinders/performing slump tests, installing fittings on sleepers, and cleaning (sweeping/shovelling).
Participating in the quality assurance and control processes.
