We provide consulting services across a broad range of sectors reliant on information systems, including banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, finance, and telecommunications. Our expertise covers end-to-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services.

Responsibilities: Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of BSS solutions using the AmDocs stack, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.System Integration: Oversee the integration of BSS components with other telecom systems, ensuring seamless operations and data flow across platforms.Microservices Development: Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility, and performance of BSS applications.DevOps Implementation: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the BSS domain, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to improve software delivery speed and quality.BSS Transformation: Lead BSS transformation initiatives, including the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Data Migration: Develop strategies and oversee the execution of data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and operations teams, to ensure that BSS solutions meet business and technical requirements.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar.Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecom BSS architecture, with extensive hands-on experience in the AmDocs stack.Strong expertise in microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and BSS system integration.Proven experience in leading BSS transformation programs, with a focus on data migration.Proficiency with Amdocs products, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps tools.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, driving high performance and innovation.Availability to travel.Good level of English (at least C1).We offer: Integration in a dynamic, goal-oriented and cooperative team;Health Insurance extensible to the family;Crosser Assistance Program (Psychology, Psychosocial, Financial, Legal and Nutrition consultations);Career Plan transversal to the entire company;Monthly gym subscription;Team-building events.
