We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the reception operation at the Pestana Palace Hotel.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement front desk objectives and procedures.Hire, train staff, and manage shift schedules.Address guest complaints and provide exceptional customer service.Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.Manage office supplies, equipment, budgets, records, and contracts.Supervise front desk activities, including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks.Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for the general manager.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.At least 3 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar role.Proficient in Opera software.Strong understanding of hospitality industry procedures and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
