THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic new member for our Corporate Finance Team at our Lisbon headquarters. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, we are looking for a very hands-on, high analytical profile. Reporting directly to our Director of Finance, this role gives you fantastic exposure to the company's business model, funding and cash flow management strategy together with the opportunity to work and interact with financial teams and operations/assets teams in an organization that is scaling at a unique speed.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Prepare cash flow models and project the cash flow needs for the next 18 months.
Participate in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations to achieve targets.
Participate in the creation of the 5Y business plan for the company, including new business units to be created.
Actively engage in the fundraising process – strategy, decision, and execution:
Debt restructure, new debt and management of current debt.
Incentives, Tax Credits and subsidizing financing.
Special funding fleet projects.
Equity fundraise investments.
Prepare reports for Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and other management meetings.
Analyze potential M&A transactions.
Manage ongoing relationships with financial partners (banks, leasing companies, other partners).
Create, structure and set up special financing projects with the strong collaboration of other departments.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Recent graduate of a BA/BS/Masters in Economics or Finance.
Up to 2 years of experience in the area.
A Business and finance oriented mindset.
Ambition and relentless drive and are proactive in the pursuit of sources of value.
Fast learner and tech-savvy, eager to implement new procedures with new tools to improve efficiency through automation of tasks.
Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables.
Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition.
Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides (Mandatory).
Fluent in English (Mandatory).
Eligible for IEFP professional internship.
Ambitious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact.
International experience is valued.
Fluency in English is mandatory + other Language skills.

OUR GLOBAL BUSINESS ACCELERATE PROGRAM:

This position is a part of our Global Business Accelerate Program.

What is it?

A 4-year graduate program that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment. This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills whilst being mentored by industry experts. During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to tackle them better as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge. This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.
