Join us, and get better with every move.We are looking for:For our Global Risk team, we are looking for a new colleague at our Amsterdam or Paris based office. In this role you will continuously monitor and report on the underwriting related processes of the entities. In addition, it ensures that the underwriting process as defined within Ayvens and the regulatory environment is implemented and complied with throughout Ayvens, and when necessary is translated to individual countries in close coordination with the countries to create maximal value.The Credit Analysis Group (CAG) actively strengthens the global risk management framework, stimulates risk awareness in the Group and enables management to evaluate and balance risks and returns in business activities.An overview of task and responsibilities in the role:Assesses the credit approvals submitted by the Ayvens entities that fall outside the local authorities (1st line of defence). Prepares the proposals to be discussed with Senior Management of Ayvens and other business units within Societe Generale Group;Advises and prepares other credit risk related proposals to the relevant committees on group level;Pro-actively gives instructions to Ayvens entities with regard to possible impact on credit acceptance of counterparties and how to comply with policies, guidelines and defined risk appetite in relation to the underwriting process;Propose actions to improve the efficiency of the underwriting process on group level;Represents risk management in (local or global) projects in relation to the underwriting process;Interacts with internal and external stakeholders during for example audits and regulatory reviews;Closely cooperates and collaborates with Group Audit and Group Compliance;Closely cooperates and collaborates with Societe Generale stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:The colleague we are looking for will work in accordance with Ayvens risk appetite and regulatory compliance, the Underwriter is among others responsible for the assessment of credit requests and other proposals in relation to credit risk related topics.University degree (at least Master's);Approx. 3 years of experience in comparable role;Able to work in a dynamic and corporate environment;Stakeholder management skills to collaborate with external stakeholders e.g. Societe Generale Group and SG business units;Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Why LeasePlan | ALD Automotive?With over 3.3 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
