Adicionalmente, o Sporting Clube de Portugal assume toda a Responsabilidade Social através das 6 modalidades de desporto adaptado que se praticam no Clube com excelentes resultados: presenças de 21 atletas nos Jogos Paralímpicos que conquistaram 14 medalhas.Para prosseguirmos com esta história, temos de continuar a selecionar e a recrutar para os nossos quadros os melhores talentos a nível nacional e internacional.Atualmente, estamos à procura de um Demand Planning Specialist (M/F) para integrar a estrutura da Direção de Marca e Canais de Atendimento.Principais Responsabilidades:- Elaborar e propor para aprovação superior o plano de compras e negócio para a época desportiva, com base no budget e nos objetivos de faturação definidos, bem como realizar o acompanhamento e ajustes necessários ao mesmo, de forma a assegurar o sucesso e salvaguarda dos interesses do Sporting Clube de Portugal;- Elaborar reports e apresentar relatórios de acompanhamento do business plan, analisando vendas, preços, alocação de produção, interdependências e interligações com outras áreas, bem como reports de forecast de compras para o planeamento de tesouraria e logística, recolhendo informação acerca do ciclo de vida dos produtos, garantindo o apoio à tomada de decisão e na identificação de riscos e oportunidades para o Sporting;- Planear e acompanhar a nível logístico a execução do GoTo Market Plan e garantir a gestão de stocks por canal de vendas, através da validação de prazos de entregas e parametrização dos sistemas, de forma a garantir o atingimento dos objetivos de aprovisionamento e impacto de previsão de vendas;- Definir, em parceria com os Stakeholders internos e externos, o plano das necessidades anuais de equipamentos para todas as modalidades do clube, através da definição da procura/encomendas, dos targets e budgets a cumprir, de forma a garantir a resposta às necessidades dos diferentes departamentos e diferentes modalidades;- Gerir e propor, em conjunto com o coordenador de Retail & Revenue, o processo de tomada de decisão do forecast de compras para Nike, marca própria e produtos licenciados, bem como a preparação de negócio para a época desportiva, garantindo os cálculos de previsão de vendas de forma a prestar apoio à construção de um plano estratégico.Perfil:- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Economia, Marketing e ou áreas similares;- Experiência profissional entre 3 e 5 anos na área;- Experiência em Gestão de Produto ou Compras (fator obrigatório);- Experiência em ambiente multinacional de Grande Consumo ou Distribuição Moderna (Preferencial);- Conhecimentos de Inglês: B1/B2 e nível avançado de MS Office (Excel e Power Point) e de Power BI;- Perfil colaborativo, com capacidade analítica, orientado para resultados e para o negócio, organizado e com uma forte capacidade de negociação.#J-18808-Ljbffr
