MAIN PURPOSERichemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Product Specialist to join our enthusiastic and dynamic Omnichannel Content Foundations (OCF) team in Lisbon.As a Business Analyst / Configuration analyst you should have the ability to interpret brands and users' requirements and convey them into functional and technical specifications, but also to implement or modify features in a PIM/DAM SaaS Tool.You have a proven track record of rock-solid analytical skills and thrive on problem solving as you are responsible for understanding the business use cases and for translating these into tasks for their execution by product specialists or by yourself, using tool configuration.Your communication skills will help to ensure that the challenges and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team.We will give you the ability to use your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, challenging, and international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze/clarify business needs and prepare documents like functional and technical specifications, mapping-files, use-cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog; Configure PIM/DAM SaaS Tool (Sitecore ContentHub) in order to implement new features or adapt existing ones; Support Projectmanagers/POs/Solution Architects in translating business requirements into specifications; Support Productspecialists/DEVs/Support Team members in implementing or updating features; Support Architect and Developers in developing and improving activities; Assist in collating ad-hoc reporting; Create Proof OfConcept based on given Business requirements; Implement project processes and best practices; Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures while development is carried out; Create Support tickets for bugs and following –up on them; Create and Update tickets in Jira; Testing.REQUIREMENTSB.Sc.
or M.Sc.
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Specialist; Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Must have experience in delivering implementations meeting typical SaaS content project success factors, including improved data quality, improved publishing workflow and content management; Previous experience configuring data and content management SaaS tools (PIM/DAM Content management system in particular Sitecore ContentHub) is a strong plus; Understanding of Entity-Relationship and Non-Entity-Relationship models; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to contribute towards a team effort; Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while being able to identify new opportunities; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
