Wealth Management Financial Controller Senior Officer For Performance Management Sites Team

Your Main Activities Are Under the responsibility of the local Financial Controller Team Leader based in Lisbon Office, the Financial Controller Senior Officer will perform the following activities:Actual monthly closing and Budget processes:Contribute for the production of the management control reportingConsolidate financial and non-financial information from the sites of Wealth Management (WM)Upload/Retrieve financial information from and into Management control toolsPerform controls on data receivedPerform analysis to the results and any other ad-hoc requestEstablish regular contacts with the sites / Head Office to ensure data reception and loadingEnsure data quality through control execution on data received from sitesOther activities:Contribute actively to internal control set up (update procedures and operating manuals)Preparation of the necessary information and analysis to support the Management (presentations, analysis files)Continuous improvement of the team's processesProfile and Skills to Success Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or EconomyExpert in MS Office Pack Microsoft ExcelExperience working in a multi-cultural environmentAt least 5 years of Experience in audit, Management Control or Financial reporting roleFluent in English both verbal and written communicationStrong analysis capacity, Rigor and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organization, and responsibilityCapacity to work under pressure and commitment with deadlinesStrong interpersonal working relationships and team spiritWhy joining BNP Paribas?
