Planeco Building ist der flexible Rundum-Service für Immobilienentwicklung. Wir bieten individuelle Planungsleistungen, um Immobilienprojekte schnell, preiswert und zuverlässig umzusetzen. Mit unserem digitalen Ansatz und deutschlandweiten Expertennetzwerk sparen wir Kunden bis zu 50% der Kosten und 30% der Zeit bei ihren Vorhaben. So konnten wir bereits über 1000 Immobilienbesitzer zu ihrem Projekterfolg verhelfen.

Aufgaben Was dich erwartet Als Junior Operations Manager übernimmst du das Herzstück unseres Geschäfts: die Steuerung unserer Immobilienprojekte von Beginn bis zum Abschluss. Du sorgst täglich für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf, managst die Interessen von Fachexperten sowie Immobilienbesitzern und hilfst unseren Kunden kosteneffizient zum Projekterfolg.

Gemeinsam mit unseren Gründern optimierst du Planungsprozesse und entwickelst das Unternehmen strategisch und operativ. Deine drei Hauptziele im Alltag sind (1) laufende Projekte effizient und erfolgreich abzuschließen (2) den bestmöglichen Output für alle Stakeholder zu gewährleisten und (3) Immobilienbesitzer zu unserem vollen Leistungsumfang aufzuklären.
