Position Overview: As a Danish-Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that TikTok remains a safe and positive platform for users. Working alongside a diverse team of moderators, you'll review and evaluate user-generated content according to established guidelines, identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful material. Your attention to detail and linguistic skills will be instrumental in upholding TikTok's community standards and fostering a welcoming online community.
Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content on TikTok, including videos, comments, and images, to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Evaluate content for potential violations such as hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, nudity, and other forms of inappropriate or harmful material. Make decisions on whether to remove or retain content based on established criteria and guidelines, exercising sound judgment and sensitivity to cultural nuances. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex or ambiguous cases and share best practices for content moderation. Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and contribute to the development of moderation processes and workflows. Stay updated on platform policies, trends in online content, and emerging issues related to content moderation. Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written Danish is essential, with a minimum B2 proficiency in English. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions independently and in accordance with established guidelines. Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field is advantageous but not required. Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content, with the ability to maintain professionalism and emotional resilience.
