Now, we're looking for an SEO Manager to help us bring even more sweetness to the world
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves getting into the nitty-gritty of SEO, from keyword research to technical optimizations. As our SEO Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things SEO, working closely with a small but mighty team (you'll be employee #5).
Your mission? Drive organic traffic, boost rankings, and increase sales.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute ChefPanda's SEO strategy for 2025Perform monthly SEO audits using Ahrefs (or similar) to find and fix issuesIdentify new keyword opportunities and optimize existing contentMake hands-on improvements to pages (content, structure, internal linking, etc.)Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insightsWork on off-page SEO strategies to improve authority and rankingsHow We'll Measure Success (KPIs That Matter)Sales generated through organic search (this is THE main KPI)Increased organic traffic to category and product pagesImproved rankings for category and product pagesWhat You Need to Bring to the TableProven experience in hands-on SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, local) – preferably in e-commerceMastery of tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GSC, Screaming FrogStrong analytical skills—experience with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or SQL is a plusA results-driven mindset and the ability to work independentlyA deep understanding of how search engines work (and a passion for staying ahead of the curve)Fluency in Portuguese is a must (We operate in the Portuguese market, so you'll need to be comfortable working in the language.)Permanent contract with the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment
