The Digital Xperience area at Xpand IT is a fast-growing technological team that focuses on Microsoft and Mobile technologies. The main mission is to deliverhigh-quality software solutionsthat respond to end-user needs in a continuouslydemanding and fast-paced technological world, providingthebest experiencein terms of personalisation, performance and features. We take advantage of a set of state-of-the-art frameworks and tools such asKubernetesfor the deployment of Azure Apps and.Net Corefor Web development.
But that's not all: our team also works withKotlinandSwiftfor native App development andXamarinorFlutterfor cross-platform App development , deploying and integrating our Apps intoMicrosoft and Azure ecosystems .
YOUR ROLE As a Senior Mobile Developer , you will provide hands-on development expertise and technical abilities to deliver quality software solutions with mobile technologies, such as Kotlin or Swift for native apps and Xamarin or Flutter for cross-platform, using agile methodologies. You will also have the opportunity to work in various domains such as web , mobile or anything else that makes sense according to the challenge at hand
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
Defining the architecture of mobile software solutions as a team, contributing with your experience and knowledge to ensure the scalability and robustness of the applications
Design and produce high-quality code , following established guidelines and promoting best practices, as well as Agile or Scrum methodologies for project development and management
Clearly document changes to code, and packages and perform unit and integrated tests, ensuring the quality of all deliverables
Create synergies and collaborate with the development team, ensuring the delivery of the project within the established deadlines and guaranteeing technical excellence
Assess requirements for new features and improvements, identifying the impact on existing applications, APIs and operating systems, proposing robust, efficient and innovative solutions
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends, providing suggestions/recommendations that enable technological innovation

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE Strong technical expertise in one or more of our core technologies
Ability to solve complex technical problems , carry out analyzes and autonomous research for solutions, discuss ideas with the team to unlock issues, contributing to their resolution
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential
Proven know-how in all phases of the software development lifecycle , such as analysis, design, development, testing and support
Ability to write and run test cases
Good oral and written communication
Extra points for:
Experience in the best practices in CI / CD using the best tools and patterns in the industry (for example, Git, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins)
Technical leadership of solutions
Team management
