Online Marketing Sales Expert - Italian MarketWe are looking for dynamic and motivated Italian-speaking individuals to join our client's customer service team in Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to start an international career with comprehensive relocation support, including accommodation, flight reimbursement, and administrative assistance upon arrival.
Our client is running a project related to an American global online video-sharing and social media platform, owned by Google, and one of the most visited websites worldwide. Passionate about online advertising and innovative technologies? This is your chance to join a leading tech giant.
Responsibilities: Proactively manage leads by contacting existing B2B customers daily and identifying sales opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry.Act as a consultant for clients' online advertising strategies.Understand clients' business goals and align them with tailored advertising solutions.Provide campaign support and advertiser training.Drive revenue growth through upselling and optimizing campaign performance.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.Requirements: Native-level Italian and fluent English (training is conducted in English).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.Passion for digital marketing and online advertising.EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal (a MUST).Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.Portuguese public holidays apply.Vacation entitlement up to 22 days per calendar year.Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly.Training: 4 weeks of classroom training + 1 week practical training.Comprehensive product and customer management training.Training compensation provided.Initial 60-day temporary contract.Permanent contract after 2 years.Join us and become part of an innovative team, shaping the future of digital advertising
