Desde 2014, especializamo-nos em oferecer experiências outdoor que promovem a ligação com a natureza, através de treinos ao ar livre com atividades como surf, escalada, canoagem, mountain bike, caminhadas, corrida.
Trabalhamos com crianças, jovens e adultos em programas diversificados, incluindo after school, férias desportivas, sport camps, treinos regulares e eventos de team building.
A nossa missão é proporcionar experiências inesquecíveis que promovam o desenvolvimento físico, social e ambiental dos nossos participantes.A sede está estrategicamente localizada junto à Praia do Guincho e ao Parque Natural Sintra-Cascais, rodeada de natureza, onde promovemos formações internas em áreas como escalada, surf, canoagem e organização de eventos.
A nossa equipa é jovem e qualificadaQuem ProcuramosA Cascais Routes procura um(a) Instrutor de Desporto de Natureza e Aventura que partilhe a nossa paixão pelo desporto, natureza e educação.
Procuramos alguém que esteja motivado(a) a investir no seu crescimento pessoal e profissional e que possua:Formação superior na área do desporto (Educação Física, Treinador, Animação turística ou áreas relacionadas); Experiência e/ou gosto por trabalhar com crianças e jovens; Prática regularde desportos outdoor (surf, escalada, mountain bike, corrida, etc.
); Fluência em português e inglês (escrita e fala); Facilidade em comunicar e trabalhar com o público; Energia, proatividade e gosto por desafios.ResponsabilidadesAtividades Outdoor: Planear e liderar atividades de desporto de natureza, como sessões de surf, escalada, canoagem, mountain bike e outras atividades.Educação e Desenvolvimento: Ensinar e supervisionar crianças e jovens em programas after school, férias desportivas, aniversários e sport camps.Segurança: Garantir a segurança e o bem-estar dos participantes durante as atividades.Planeamento: Colaborar na organização de calendários de eventos e atividades.Team Building: Participar e ajudar a organizar experiências para grupos e empresas.Desenvolvimento Pessoal: Participar em formações internas para aprofundar conhecimentos em desportos outdoor e organização de eventos.RequisitosLicenciatura em Educação Física, Gestão do Desporto, Turismo ou área relacionada; Paixão por atividades ao ar livre e desporto de aventura; Experiência no ensino ou supervisão de atividades para crianças e jovens; Fluência em português e inglês; Disponibilidadepara trabalhar aos fins de semana (com folgas semanais); Capacidade de aprender rapidamente e adaptar-se a novos contextos; Certificações em primeiros socorros (um diferencial); Cédula de Treinador de Surf / Escalada (um diferencial).BenefíciosContrato de Trabalho Oficial: Estabilidade com contrato formal.Salário Competitivo: Alinhado com as suas competências e experiência
