O candidato ideal terá uma forte experiência em UI design e habilidades avançadas em Design System e Motion Design, com um olhar apurado para detalhes e um forte senso estético. Informações adicionais Regime de contratação Trabalhe de qualquer lugar (totalmente remoto); Trabalhe em uma startupde rápido crescimento; Benefícios Flexíveis (Cartão Caju); Day Off de Aniversário; Plano médico (Bradesco); Disponibilizamos os equipamentos necessários para a execução do trabalho; Responsabilidades e atribuições Criar e implementar interfaces de usuário intuitivas e visualmente atraentes para nossos produtos digitais; Ser responsável e contribuir para o desenvolvimento e padronização do nosso Design System, trazendo padrões de uso alinhado aos padrões da marca garantindo consistência; Desenvolver animações etransições suaves para melhorar a experiência do usuário e tornar a interação com nossos produtos mais envolvente; Colaborar estreitamentecom equipes de desenvolvimento, produto e marketing para garantir que o design atenda às necessidades dos usuários e aos objetivos do negócio; Participar de brainstormings e contribuir com ideias inovadoras para a evolução dos nossos produtos; Manter-se atualizado com as tendências de design e incorporar as melhores práticas em nossos projetos. Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior em Design Gráfico, Design de Produto, ou área relacionada; Experiência como UI Designer, com um portfólio robusto que demonstra suas habilidades em design de interface, design system e motion design; Proficiência em ferramentas de design como Figma e softwares de animação; Forte compreensão dos princípios de design visual, tipografia, hierarquia de informações e usabilidade; Habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de justificar decisões de design. Requisitos desejáveis Experiência com ferramentas low-code ou no-code; Conhecimento em prototipagem interativa; Experiência em projetosde design responsivo e mobile-first.
