Sobre a Função Na NOS, os Data Scientists são parte integrante de squads ágeis e multidisciplinares que trabalham para entregar produtos de dados com impacto real nas áreas funcionais da empresa.
Desde a criação de modelos de machine learning até à sua operacionalização, estarás envolvido em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de produtos de analítica prescritiva.
Procuramos talentos em diferentes níveis de experiência:
Perfis Juniores (mínimo de 1 ano de experiência): Estarás focado em colaborar no desenvolvimento de modelos, análise de dados e geração de insights, enquanto ganhas experiência prática e beneficias de mentoria dentro da nossa Comunidade de Data Scientists.Perfis Séniores (mínimo de 3 anos de experiência): Terás um papel de liderança, gerindo projetos estratégicos, orientando Data Scientists juniores, e ajudando a definir a visão e o roadmap da prática de Data Science na NOS.Responsabilidades Principais Independentemente do teu nível, as tuas atividades irão incluir:
Participar no desenvolvimento de modelos de machine learning e produtos de dados num ambiente Data Mesh;Colaborar em análises de dados e projetos que criem impacto direto no cliente;Trabalhar em sprints dentro de squads ágeis, garantindo entregas com qualidade e alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio.Se tiveres um perfil sénior, também se espera que:
Lidere o desenvolvimento de projetos complexos de analítica prescritiva com impacto estratégico;Oriente Data Scientists mais juniores, promovendo boas práticas e partilha de conhecimento;Contribua para iniciativas estruturantes em mlops, engenharia de software e algoritmia, alinhadas à visão da prática de Data Science.Formação académica (Mestrado ou Doutoramento) numa área quantitativa (e.g., Matemática, Estatística, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação);Experiência profissional:Pelo menos 1 ano como Data Scientist ou função semelhante para perfis juniores;Pelo menos 3 anos como Data Scientist ou função semelhante para perfis séniores;Competências em programação (Python ou outra linguagem relevante);Espírito crítico, curiosidade e vontade de aprender.Experiência prática com Python e PySpark;Para perfis séniores: experiência comprovada em liderança de projetos de analytics e gestão de pessoas, bem como conhecimento avançado em mlops e arquitetura de dados.Na NOS, oferecemos um ambiente colaborativo e inovador, com oportunidades para crescer profissionalmente, liderar projetos desafiantes ou aprender com uma equipa de referência.
