Title: Manager, Product Launch & Commercial Operations - EU Description: A TOP10 global generic company founded by Samih Darwazah over 40 years ago in Jordan, Hikma's purpose is to provide affordable, quality medicines to the people who need them. At the end of the 1980s, we expanded our operations beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal for the construction of a sterile factory for injectable pharmaceutical products. This was an important turning point for the company, and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines and we are actively expanding.
The Group is listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2005, following a successful initial public offering, enhancing our flexibility to grow the business both organically and through acquisitions.
In Europe, Hikma is now one of the TOP10 pharmaceutical companies operating in the Generic Injectable field and is present in 9 European countries.
Hikma intends to recruit a Manager, Product Launch & Commercial Operations - EU (m/f), on site work, to integrate the Commercial Department and actively contribute to the growth of Hikma's European business.
Main Responsibilities: Lead the new product launch activities in Europe, working closely with the local sales teams, Hikma Operations and Third Party suppliers Consolidate the demand for the EU markets, creating the link between EU region and Supply Chain of different Hikma and external sites, aiming for flexibility and optimization of manufacturing capacity allocation Lead the Demand Planning of the European S&OP process Optimize EU commercial processes and organize cross-functional team meetings to ensure projects remain on track Produce EU data analysis, develop project reports and trackers. Make presentations to Management teams on relevant projects Work closely with Country Heads, Business Development & Portfolio teams to ensure communication of one source of truth Provide logistic and operational support to the EU commercial team, namely on new territories Profile: Degree in a Technical discipline or Business Management (Minimum) MBA (Preferred) +5 years' experience in commercial operations or launch management At least 3 years' experience in managing cross-functional teams Strong communication and influencing skills Strong business, sales and analytical skills Decision maker and goal driven Strong leadership skills, including of indirect reports and cross-functional teams Proactive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationship with stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task / manage several projects Fluent Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint We offer: Direct contract with Hikma Salary appropriate to the functions performed Life insurance Health insurance Annual Performance Bonus High career prospects If you think this is a good opportunity for your professional career, join us and contribute to Better Health, within everyone's reach, every day
