The Content Services brings marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.A day in the life of...By fostering strong relationships in Nestlé's global and local content landscape and digital ecosystem, the eContent Account Lead is the interface between Nestlé's key Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets, and IMS Content Services team, ensuring the following:Drive adoption of Nestlé's internal content solutions and support in their activationDelivery of World Class ServiceLead & support the team of Content Account Specialists on daily operationsInteract, liaise and negotiate with internal global/regional stakeholdersAlignment with IMS Global and Local Leadership teamsBring insights based on available data to provide solutionsMaintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs)Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs.Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship and seek new opportunities to grow the partnershipsProperly map Nestlé's digital ecosystem and stakeholders.Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/BusinessesEnsure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices
