As a Customer Advisor, you will represent an online wine marketplace. You will receive incoming queries from their app users via phone, email and live chat where you will answer their queries regarding among others the wine app, product information, prices, orders and deliveries. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.
 
We are looking for candidates who have:
 
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Danish and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleExperience in the hospitality/travel industry desiredAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and develop
  The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, accommodation allowance for the first 3 months.
