Find more in www.dvmglobal.co.ukThe RoleThe role will involve supervision and management of resources and materials to ensure projects completion within a subcontract terms, programme and budget. The role will require a candidate who can underpin the Tideway Values of safety, respect, integrity, and empathy.Key Responsibilities:Issuing and Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments any necessary site office paperworkTo be responsible for the accurate/timely completion of site-based documentationPreparation of the Health and Safety fileMaintaining contemporaneous recordsProducing short term programmes and responsible to hit the programme on siteA well planned, tidy and organized site with adequate resourcing to deliver on time to programme every timeSupervise site activitiesCompliance with materials, schedules and ensure ordersCoordination / Leadership of the site team, inclusive of Supervisors, Sub-Contractors, Labours and other site operativesCarry our work inspections and checks and management of defectsCompliance with specificationsReview technical queries and liaise with the supporting teams to resolve technical issuesTo be aware at all times of possible commercial opportunitiesPreparation of site progress reportsProject cost controlPrepare valuations and variationsAttendance at project meetingsManagement of clienteAdministering the contract and prepare responses to contractual communicationsReview Contractor submittalsRecognize areas for improvement and communicate them to senior management to ensure continual improvementSite reporting to managementWhat we are looking for:Academic degree (Construction/ Engineering)Previous Site management experience (1 / 2 years)Experience in Construction ManagementExcellent organizational skillsEffectively manage time and resources in order to meet deadlinesManage teams to track actions and deliver to scheduleAbility to competently operate MS officeCompetent in participating in meetingsExcellent communication skills with all project team membersFlexible and adaptableResults orientatedProactiveComfortable dealing with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced and complex environmentConfident and assertiveGood Leadership of peoplePersistentDecisiveSelf-DisciplinedConfident#J-18808-Ljbffr
