Our client, and international player within the online entertainment sector is building a new VIP team and looking for experienced VIP team leader.
Your role is to manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensure their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely on a daily basis.
To manage the team towards reaching and surpassing their goals.
Lead by example by assisting in the development of the team processes and procedures.
Focus on surpassing targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions to be taken by your team.
Responsibilities Manage the overall running of the VIP team Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their rolesAchieving progress and hitting VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing the teams strengths & addressing weaknesses Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships Manage and understand your teams markets and KPIs and take appropriate action to capitalize on opportunities and fill gaps Improving upon current procedures and implementing new processesWeekly reporting on team and market performanceConducting regular 1 2 1s & Performance managementAny other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department RequirementsWorked in VIP role for 2 years or more within the iGaming is a mustExperience working as a Team Lead is mandatory, ideally as VIP Team LeadBilingual in German and professional fluency English Strong interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft office Excellent organisational and time-management skills Excellent understanding of VIP Player ManagementStrong People management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills Scheduling and work planningPresenting and report skillsGood understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamicsStrong leadership skills with ability to drive a VIP teamAbility to work under pressureAvailability to work on shifts from 9am till 2,00am on rotation Monday to Sunday and public holidays (compensated accordingly)Understanding of numbers and targets What we offer: Working in a dynamic European companyFlexible work hoursAbility of career and professional growth within the companyCorporate eventsYoung and friendly teamOpportunity to work in their office in Cyprus or Bulgaria
