Are you a Procurement professional, influencing partners and a capable leader?Your main tasks will be:Support development and implementation of regional category specific strategiesIdentify and recommend 'best in class' suppliers and maintain good relationshipsPrepare and lead strategic supplier negotiation with regional, sub-regional (Iberia) and local (Portugal) suppliersContribute to global category sourcing strategies and initiatives.Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of regional frame contractsSpecialize in strategic sourcing of goods and services and transportation capacities in order to reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the businessIdentification of strategic sourcing opportunities and development and management of strategic suppliersIntegrate Procurement services at regional level for the business colleagues (divisions)Achieving greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price and serviceClose collaboration with purchasing department to optimize purchases.Your profile should look like:Relevant university degree (Bachelor) and/or equivalent experienceMore than 3 years of relevant procurement experience (indirect preferably)Project management and supplier management experience preferredFluent English (conversational Spanish is nice to have)Good negotiation skills, ability to manage suppliers and key stakeholdersKnowledge of contract management and risk managementWe offer:An outstanding opportunity, responsibility as well as a fantastic working environmentTempting compensation and benefitsFlexibility and great opportunity to learnPlease submit your CV in English as English is our corporate language.
