Your mission: Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, the Junior Barista is in charge of preparing and serving orders, ensuring continuous compliance with the highest standards.
What You Will Do
Ensure the customer experience, personalizing their experience, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Give customers drink menus and answer any inquiries.
Take orders, prepare and serve them.
Participate in customer service.
Execute all instructions and work assigned to them by their immediate superior, as well as any responsibilities that their position requires.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Communicate customer feedback to managers.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in the role.
Quality and customer service oriented.
High level of Portuguese and English.
Knowledge of F&B service as well as knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
