ROLE SUMMARY:Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Full-time | Permanent As a Project Manager in Inspired's CapEx team, you will be responsible for delivering some of the most premium schools in each market.
Working alongside renowned architects, designers, and consultants, you will lead the design, construction, and expansion of state-of-the-art educational facilities—ensuring that our schools meet Inspired's global standards of excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead CapEx projects from design to delivery, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.Manage relationships with architects, contractors, and licensing authorities to drive project execution.Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and Inspired's global design guidelines.Act as the primary Inspired representative for all CapEx-related discussions in the region.Provide detailed project status reports and escalate critical issues when necessary.Work closely with Inspired's global CapEx leadership to align with best practices in cost control and infrastructure innovation.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a top-ranking university (ideally NOVA or Instituto Superior Técnico).5+ years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.Proven experience managing complex development projects with multiple stakeholders.Expertise in budget control, cost analysis, and risk management.Strong ability to deliver high-quality projects under tight timelines.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Why Join Us?
