Description Reporting directly to the head of the Trade Marketing department, you will assume responsibility for the trade marketing strategy within the leading & newest market category:
Strategic definition of point of sale according to the consumer journey to ensure the conversion of our products. Responsible for material innovation, coordination with the creative agency, and implementation at the point of sale. Support the sales team in order to inspire wholesalers/retailers, with the aim of maximizing our presence and business volume. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop a holistic strategy for entering emerging channels. Analysis and management of the annual category budget. Competitive analysis and reporting of point of sale actions with key outputs, learnings, and identified next steps. Negotiation with suppliers of materials and promotional services. Profile Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade marketing in the FMCG industry.
Masters Degree in Marketing or similar.
Passion / Attitude / Sense of ownership (act like an owner, plan to win)
Ability to work independently & proactively.
Strong drive for results attitude is required.
Creativity and ability to contribute with innovative ideas.
