Are you a recent Computer Science or Human-Computer Interaction graduate passionate about user behavior?
As a part of Kounsel team, you will take part in every step of Kounsel product experience.
From conducting user research and collecting customer insights to participation in the development of innovative solutions, you will help us shape our product and play a part in improving Kounsel's customer experience.

Graduate Program Details Position: Graduate Program  Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Compensation: Paid Work Hours: USA Business Hours  Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for uncovering customer insights, conducting user research, and helping to inform product decisions.

Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
Synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify areas of improvement in the user experience Utilize user-centered design principles to develop innovative solutions to customer needs.
Contribute to the design of user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
Create presentation materials to share research findings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-friendly experiences.
Requirements Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process) Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
1 year of relevant working experience (university projects, internships, employment).  You have a passion for making sense of user behavior.
Solid understanding of design principles and a sense of visually appealing designs.
You are a creative problem-solver passionate about digging into complex problems and devising new approaches to reach results.
Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
General Requirements Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last two years.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
