About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Support member, you'll play a crucial role in our high-volume, centralized recruitment environment. Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition Team across different countries, you'll source and identify qualified candidates. Your efforts will help build strong pipelines for existing requisitions and future hiring needs, positioning Essity as an employer of choice.

What You Will Do
Source and Screen : You'll actively source resumes and present qualified candidates to TA specialist collegues and hiring managers.
Strategic Sourcing : Develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with our talent needs.
Market Insights : Conduct market research to gain valuable talent insights.
Pipeline Management : Manage candidate pools and maintain an up-to-date Applicant Tracking System.
Collaboration : Partner with the TA & HR team and hiring managers to drive recruitment processes.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with Essity teams to address current and future recruitment challenges.
Candidate Engagement : Provide timely follow-up and feedback, emphasizing the Essity employment brand.
Reference Checks : Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
Talent Pipeline : Contribute to building a robust talent pipeline through effective candidate relationships.
Communication : Disseminate recruitment-related information across all levels of the organization.
Who You Are
Education : University/College degree or equivalent.
Experience : 2 years of professional experience in recruitment.
Passionate : You're proactive and passionate about talent acquisition and talent landscapes.
Global Mindset : You thrive in international work environments and have experience managing clients/candidates.
Influential Communicator : Possess marketing skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Adaptable : You can multitask and thrive in high-pressure situations.
Curious Learner : Eager to learn and explore new opportunities.
Language Skills : Good level of English; additional languages (German, French, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
