Join the team to help revolutionise the world together We are looking for a KYC Manager with experience in scaling teams and processes while keeping the focus on compliance. What you might be doing: Set a clear vision for KYC area and make sure everyone is aware and contribute accordingly Assist teams in setting and monitoring KPIs that support the improvement and growth plans, make sure the team has a data driven approach and openness to set in place new monitoring systems Ensure the highest level of AML/KYC compliance and correctness in the daily work of the team Make sure the teams and systems are ready for hyper growth - performing at highest quality level and efficiency Perform annual budgeting and plans for the KYC area.
