And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet's beauty for the generations to come.About the roleOur Accounts Payable team, composed of 14 people, is integrated in the Procurement Service Line and focuses on delivering accounts payable operations in collaboration with other Accounts Payable teams, as well as other departments, such as Finance.As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will work on performing transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality and customer satisfaction targets to support the whole Procurement department.You will be accountable for:Invoice and credit note postingsPerform internal controlsPerform account reconciliationsError treatmentCorrect processing of data and maintenance of the systemDay-to-day interaction with internal and external stakeholdersProblem-solving and escalationAbout youRelevant education degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.Relevant work experience in Global Business Services is a plus.Fluency in English (both written and spoken)SAP Knowledge is a plusBehaviors:Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentOpen to an international environmentAbout the pay and benefitsAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While Portugal's base pay reasonably expected for this role is 1100 to 1400 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
