Groups & Events Coordinator: Devido à crescente expansão, precisa incorporar um/a Event Manager para trabalhar na área de Incoming/DMC. Esta posição está situada em Lisboa, Portugal. Responsabilidades principais Event Manager: - Gestão operativa de grupos de Incoming. - Organização de circuitos e contratação de diferentes estancias e serviços. - Quotização e preparação de orçamentos. - Contacto com parceiros e colaboradores. - Facturação. Oferece-se: - Contrato por prazo indeterminado. - Pacote retributivo atrativo composto de salário, subsídio de alimentação. Requisitos: - Formação mínima: Licenciatura - Experiência: Entre 3 e 5 anos - Categoria profissional: Empregado - Residência: Indiferente - Formação académica em Turismo e/ou agência de viagens. - Excelentes capacidades comunicativas e de negociação. - Capacidade de organização para trabalhar de maneira autónoma. - Inglês obrigatório. - Disponibilidade para viver e trabalhar em Lisboa, Portugal. - Experiencia em DMC (destination management company) or PCO - minimum 3 anos
