We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: SAP Basis (m/f) –Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills:
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP Basis
- Give 3nd level incident support by accepting tickets, investigate described incident and provide solution for described incident with adequate time and high quality
- Fulfilment of opened Service Requests in adequate time and high quality
- React quickly on monitoring events and monitor application proactively.
Develop further strategies to improve monitoring
- Make solution proposals for requested new/change of functionalities, provide estimation for the request and if estimation is approved, implement the proposed new/changed functionality
- Do testing for bug fixes and new/changed functionalities and document provided solution
- Provide technical guidance for new enhancements to the solution in projects/AMS activities
- Cooperate with other support / development teams also from the supplier; Participate in new projects
- Fluency in English Soft skills:
