Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Porto office.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing top-notch support and solutions.
This is a fully on-site position, allowing you to work closely with a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in French, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, feedback, and innovative ideas for improving customer service processes.
Qualifications: Fluent in French: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are mandatory.
Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
