THE ROLE Care to Beauty is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team, focusing specifically on our website performance. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and enhancing our online presence, using a variety of analytical tools and methodologies. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in optimizing our website for better user experience, increased traffic, and improved conversion rates. You will work closely with our IT and Marketing teams, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to our online strategy.
Specifically, we expect you to: Master Web Analytics: Utilize and manage platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Set up, configure, and interpret tracking codes and events for comprehensive website data collection. Lead A/B Testing and Experimentation: Employ A/B testing methodologies to assess and optimize website changes. Design and execute insightful experiments to enhance site performance. Implement SEO Strategies: Apply SEO principles to analyze and enhance website traffic, keywords, and rankings, offering strategic SEO improvement recommendations. Optimize Conversion Rates: Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities. Use CRO tools and techniques to improve website efficiency and effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory requirements: Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Knowledge and experience in A/B testing and experimentation. Understanding of SEO principles and analysis tools. Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and related tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights. Experience with Big Data Tools: Familiarity with big data tools like SQL, Python, R, or Tableau for deeper data analysis and visualization. E-Commerce Background: Previous experience in an e-commerce setting, particularly in the beauty and skincare industry. Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales departments. Innovative Mindset: A history of implementing innovative analytical approaches that have significantly impacted business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, partnering closely with the IT and Marketing teams to drive strategic decisions and initiatives.
