To outpace the competition in seizing new markets and to perfect the art of swift and effective establishment in the international gaming sector.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and driven Legal Compliance Officer to join our team.Responsibilities:Implement comprehensive assessment of legal risks and opportunities, as well as practical measures to mitigate risks and capture opportunitiesManage contract reviews and contentious mattersAssume the function of a compliance officer (incl. Leading the processes of obtaining necessary licenses and permits)Provide general guidance and management of legal issues in the field of data protection including GDPRProvide advice to a wide range of internal stakeholdersManage relations with different authoritiesResearch and monitor new legislation and legal trendsFoster a strong working relationship with the Legal teamQualificationsLaw school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience; postgraduate degree (LL.M. or MBA) is of advantageDemonstrated experience in obtaining licenses and permits, particularly for high-risk industryExtensive experience in commercial and corporate law (English Common Law)Proven track record in managing complex contracts and projects in an international environmentExcellent qualifications and experience working analytically on complex legal mattersOwnership of cases and projects, and ability to work proactively to achieve the set targetsPossesses strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Ukrainian and EnglishHas strong integrity and ethics and is able to deliver great service, even with difficult customersAbility to think creatively and develop innovative approaches and solutionsAdditional InformationWe offer:Global Flexibility: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere in the world, with remote work options that let you craft the perfect work-life balance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
